Former University of Georgia Long Snapper Trent Frix Joins Greater Community Bank

Greater Community Bank is pleased to welcome Trent Frix to its Calhoun Branch where he will focus on commercial lending. Frix recently graduated from the University of Georgia (UGA) where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management. During his time at UGA Frix played long snapper on the football team.

In addition to his accomplishments on the team as a 4 year letterman and contributing to the win of the 2017 SEC and 2018 Rose Bowl Championships, Frix also stands out as a generational player. He is the brother of former Bulldog snapper (2009-12) and Academic All-American Ty Frix and the son of Dr. Mitch Frix who lettered as Georgia's snapper in 1981-82. This family legacy hails from Calhoun, Georgia.
“We knew Trent’s attitude as a team-player would fit right in with our close-knit atmosphere,” said Donna E. McEntyre, Chief Operating Officer. “We are certain his mindset as a recent graduate will introduce new and innovative ideas to our team, and we are eager to see what Trent’s future holds at Greater Community Bank.”

Frix now resides in his hometown of Calhoun, Georgia.
