It's Easy to Turn Rewards into Savings
Qualifying for your Kasasa Cash or Kasasa Cash Back rewards automatically qualifies you for the highest Kasasa Saver rate, too. Enrollments must be in place and all of the following transactions and activities must post and settle to your Kasasa Cash or Kasasa Cash Back account during each Monthly Qualification Cycle:
- At least 1 direct deposit/ACH credit, bill pay, or ACH payment transaction
- Kasasa Cash: At least 15 debit card purchases
- Kasasa Cash Back: At least 12 debit card purchases
- Be enrolled in and agree to receive E-Statements
That's all. Even if you don't meet the qualifications, your Kasasa accounts are still free. And you'll still earn our base interest rate on Kasasa Saver. Then you can get back to earning your full rewards the very next month.
*Qualifying for your Kasasa Cash or Kasasa Cash Back rewards automatically qualifies you for the highest Kasasa Saver rate, too. To earn your rewards, just do the following transactions and activities in your Kasasa Cash or Kasasa Cash Back account during each Monthly Qualification Cycle:
- Have at least 1 direct deposit / ACH credit or bill pay or ACH payment transaction(s) post and settle
- Kasasa Cash: Have at least 15 Point of Sale debit card purchases post and settle
- Kasasa Cash Back: Have at least 12 Point of Sale debit card purchases post and settle
- Be enrolled in and agree to receive e-statements
*Account transactions and activities may take one or more days to post and settle to the account and all must do so during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in order to qualify for the account’s rewards. Transactions bundled together by merchants and received by our institution as a single transaction count as a single transaction for the purpose of earning account rewards. The following activities do not count toward earning account rewards: ATM-processed transactions; transfers between accounts; debit card purchases processed by merchants and received by our bank as ATM transactions; Point of Sale transactions, non-retail payment transactions and purchases made with debit cards not issued by our bank. “Monthly Qualification Cycle” means a period beginning one (1) business day prior to the first day of the current statement cycle through one (1) business day prior to the close of the current statement cycle.
Reward Information: When your Kasasa Cash or Kasasa Cash Back account qualifications are met during a Monthly Qualification Cycle, the following rewards will be distributed to your account(s) on the last day of the statement cycle: Kasasa Saver: Balances up to $10,000.00 receive APY of 0.15%; and balances over $10,000 earn 0.05% APY on the portion of balance over $10,000, resulting in a range from 0.15% to 0.05% APY depending on the account’s balance. Kasasa Cash: Balances up to $5,000 receive an APY of 2.00%; and balances over $5,000 earn 0.10% interest rate on the portion of balance over $5,000, resulting in a range from 2.00% to 0.10% APY depending on the account’s balance. Kasasa Cash Back: 2.00% cash back on up to a total of $500.00 Point of Sale debit card purchases that post and settle to the account during that cycle period. A maximum of $10.00 cash back may be earned per Monthly Qualification Cycle. Kasasa Cash or Kasasa Cash Back: You will receive reimbursements up to $20 ($4.99 per single transaction) for nationwide ATM fees imposed by other financial institutions and incurred during the Monthly Qualification Cycle in which you qualified. We reimburse ATM withdrawal fees based on estimates when the withdrawal information we receive does not identify the ATM fee. If you have not received an appropriate reimbursement, we will adjust the reimbursement amount if we receive the transaction receipt within sixty (60) calendar days of the withdrawal transaction.
When Kasasa Cash or Cash Back qualifications are not met, Kasasa Saver: All balances earn 0.01% APY. Kasasa Cash: All balances earn an APY of 0.01% and ATM fees will not be reimbursed. Kasasa Cash Back: No cash back payments are made and no ATM fees will be reimbursed. When linked to the Kasasa Saver account, the interest/dividends earned within the Kasasa Cash account is automatically transferred to the Kasasa Saver account within one day. This automatic transfer may cause an overdraft to your Kasasa Cash account if the account’s balance is less than the transferred amount when transfer occurs. APY = Annual Percentage Yield.
